Alongside representation, Frederic James manages the wider transaction — from search or agreement through inspection, documentation, payment and delivery — within the Deal Room.
Where required, we coordinate with the client's chosen finance provider, insurer, payment or protected-payment provider, dealer, seller, inspection specialist and logistics provider. Frederic James does not itself hold client purchase funds; where an independent payment, escrow or protected-payment provider is used, that service is provided by the relevant third party under its own terms. Each specialist remains responsible for their own service; we represent the client and coordinate the vehicle transaction around them.

Where a technical assessment of a vehicle is appropriate, an independent inspection can be arranged on your behalf, carried out by a specialist chosen for the marque, model or category in question.
